Delete your Skyyn account
Skyyn is published by Aethos Solutions LLC. You can delete your Skyyn account and the data in it at any time, in the app or by asking us. This page explains both ways, what is erased and what is kept.
To delete a Skyyn account, open the Account screen in the app and choose Delete account. Everything in it is erased from our systems straight away. If you cannot open the app, email support@skyyn.app from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you.
Delete it in the app
Cancel Skyyn Pro first, if you have it
Deletion does not cancel a subscription, because Apple and Google bill it, not us. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. The app reminds you of this before it deletes anything.
Open the Account screen
In the Skyyn app, open the Account screen and choose Delete account.
Confirm
Choose Delete forever. The app signs you out and everything is gone. This cannot be undone.
Ask us to delete it for you
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email support@skyyn.app with the subject "Account deletion request". Send it from the email address you use for Skyyn, so that we can confirm the request comes from its owner. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, tell us that in the message. You can also use the contact form on the Support page. We reply within one business day.
What is erased
- Your sign-in, including your email address.
- Your scans: the selfies, the Skyyn Score and sub-scores, and the observations on each one.
- Product label photos, your shelf and your routine.
- Notes, recaps and your Skyyn Coach conversations.
- Your profile answers, such as skin type, age range and goal.
- Share links you created. A link you already sent stops working.
- Our record of your Skyyn Pro subscription.
These are removed from our database and photo storage straight away. Copies in routine backups are overwritten within 90 days.
What is kept

Erase your data but keep the account
Start over, on the same screen, erases your scans, photos, notes, routine, shelf, Coach conversations, recaps, share links and profile answers. It keeps your sign-in and Skyyn Pro, so you can begin again without signing up a second time. It cannot be undone.
If you scanned without signing in
A first scan taken before signing in is not tied to an identity. If you never sign in, the photo and its result are deleted automatically within about 8 days. There is nothing to request.
