Your Skyyn Score is a 0-100 number that shows visible aesthetic features in your photo, based on a single selfie. It's calculated from four focus areas: Luminosity, Microtexture, Pore Visibility, and Tone Uniformity. Skyyn is an aesthetic scoring app. Scores reflect visible features in your photo.

For the most accurate scan: use natural daylight (face a window), hold the camera at eye level about an arm's length away, make sure your face is clean (no makeup), keep a neutral expression, and ensure your whole face is visible in the frame. Avoid harsh overhead lighting or very dim settings.

Product label reports extract readable text and ingredients from a product photo or upload, then show where that item could fit in your routine based on your shelf and most recent Skyyn read. These reports are for informational purposes only and may not always be correct. Please double-check the product label yourself.

On iPhone: Go to Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, find Skyyn, and tap Cancel Subscription. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

On Android: Open Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Find Skyyn and tap Cancel.

You'll keep access until your current billing period ends.

If you reinstall the app or get a new device, open Skyyn and tap "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used before. If it doesn’t restore, email us at support@skyyn.app with your account email.

You can delete your account in the app: visit Settings, scroll down, and tap "Delete Account." This action is permanent and removes all your data within 90 days. Or email support@skyyn.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we'll take care of it for you.

Scores can vary for a number of reasons: lighting, camera angle, time of day, or actual differences in your skin's visible appearance. To keep results consistent, try scanning at the same time of day, in similar lighting, and at the same distance. Small changes (3-5 points) between scans taken close together are normal.

Face and product photos are uploaded securely and analysed by our AI for your Skyyn Score or product label report. Face images are kept in your private account for your scan history and before/after comparison. Product images are used to generate label reports and shelf details.
